Country star BLAKE SHELTON celebrated his birthday in style on Tuesday (18Jun13) after winning THE VOICE with his top contestant for the third season in a row.
The singer turned 37 years old on Tuesday, and spent his big day taking part in the grand finale of the U.S. talent show.
Shelton enjoyed a night to remember when his protegee Danielle Bradbery was crowned The Voice champion, winning a recording contract and a $100,000 (£65,000) cash prize.
After his victory with Bradbery, an excited Shelton tweeted, "Holy s**t balls!!!! I love y'all!!!!!! Congrats @DBradbery!!!!"
Bradbery's win means that Shelton is proving the go-to mentor for any aspiring artist - his former contestants on The Voice, Cassadee Pope and Jermaine Paul, have won the last two years. Singer Adam Levine's pick Javier Colon won the first series of the programme in 2011.
Former The Voice coach Christina Aguilera performed on Tuesday's episode with rapper Pitbull. Her Burlesque co-star Cher also took the stage to debut her new track Woman's World from her next album Closer to the Truth, the pop legend's first studio release in 12 years.

The Umbrella superstar ran into trouble while walking through the pit in front of the stage while singing her hit We Found Love during her Diamonds World Tour gig at the LG arena in Birmingham, England.
As she passed baying fans in the front row, one devotee grabbed hold of her sparkling jacket from behind the barrier and refused to let go.
In video footage of the night, the singer is shown losing patience and lunging at the fan with her microphone, before a burly security guard guides her away from the crowd.
Monday was a bad day for Rihanna - a man was arrested on suspicion of trespassing after he was caught on the roof of her California home.

MILEY CYRUS and CHRIS BROWN have been named and shamed as the worst celebrity role models for kids, according to a new survey.
Former Hannah Montana star Cyrus, who got engaged at 19, topped the female version of the CouponCodes4u.com poll, earning 68 per cent of parents' votes after moving away from her squeaky-clean image, narrowly edging out embattled Lindsay Lohan, who is currently in court-ordered rehab, by three per cent.
Reality TV star and new mum Kim Kardashian came in third place, while Amanda Bynes and former Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham rounded out the top five.
Meanwhile, Brown was unveiled as mum and dads' most unpopular male pick, taking 71 per cent of the vote following his infamous 2009 assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna.
Kardashian's boyfriend, rapper Kanye West, was second with 67 per cent and teen superstar Justin Bieber took third place, thanks to his recent hard partying and allegations of reckless driving. Lil Wayne and Charlie Sheen complete the men's countdown at four and five, respectively.

BRANDON FLOWERS has hinted at another hiatus for THE KILLERS after insisting he is desperate to record another solo album.
The singer branched away from his bandmates to release Flamingo in September 2010 as The Killers took a break between albums, but his solo work was put on the backburner when the rockers reunited for last year's (12) Battle Born record.
He originally insisted working on his own material was practise for when he returned as The Killers' frontman, but Flowers now admits he'd love to get into the studio by himself once again.
He tells NME.com, "I'm definitely gonna do another solo record at some point. Flamingo wasn't just me dipping my toes in the water. I really loved it. It was successful, and that helps, but I love those songs and I miss singing them. It wasn't something I had totally planned on, but I'm always writing songs, and I think - or I hope - that I'm always gonna have that. So what else am I supposed to do with myself?"

R&B star CHRIS BROWN is fighting back against local officials after he was ordered to remove his graffiti artworks from the outside of his Los Angeles home, insisting the murals are a "reflection of free speech and expression".
The singer's neighbours complained to authorities about the colourful monsters which decorate the walls of his property, and last month (May13), he was ordered to pay a $376 (£243) fine for unpermitted and excessive signage and given 30 days to remove the mural.
However, Brown has now lodged an appeal arguing the graffiti is art which "(enhances) the architectural and aesthetic features of the residential property".
In his filing, Brown also states, "The murals are a reflection of (my) aesthetic taste and a reflection of free speech and expression protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution."
The outcome of the battle will now be decided by the board of appeals at the Department of Building and Safety, reports TMZ.com.

ROD STEWART remains on course to perform the opening show at a new venue in Scotland despite a major fire at the building.
The rocker has been booked as the first performer to play at the Hydro arena in Glasgow when it opens in September (13), but his show at the newly-constructed site was thrown into doubt after the venue's roof caught fire on 8 June (13).
However, organisers have now assured fans they are stepping up work on the building project to make sure Stewart can open the arena on time.
A statement reads, "Everyone involved in the project remains sharply focused on achieving our opening night concert with Rod Stewart on 30 September. Whilst there remains some residual risk, the... team will do all we can to support the construction team and be ready for the September opening. We will continue to provide regular updates to promoters, artist management and fans as we work to clear these issues."
Stewart has previously spoken of his pride after being chosen to open the arena on 30 September (13), saying: "I have been looking forward to this as I've watched The Hydro take shape. 2013 is a momentous year for me. I cannot wait to get back to Scotland and perform in front of a live audience at this spectacular venue."

Hip-hop heavyweight KANYE WEST has come under fire from health campaigners after rapping about Parkinson's disease in a new song.
On Sight, from the rapper's latest album Yeezus, has been branded "distasteful" due to a line that references the degenerative disorder, which causes sufferers to tremor.
West raps, "A monster about to come alive again / Soon as I pull up and park the Benz / We get this b**ch shaking like Parkinson's."
The star has been taken to task by bosses at the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA), which is dedicated to finding a cure and helping those diagnosed with the condition.
Kathryn Whitford of APDA tells TMZ.com, "We find these lyrics distasteful and the product of obvious ignorance."
West, whose girlfriend Kim Kardashian gave birth to the couple's first child on Saturday (15Jun13), has yet to respond to the controversy.

A paparazzo has fired off a letter to JUSTIN BIEBER's manager demanding the return of a memory card he alleges was taken by the star during a clash in Miami, Florida.
Gustavo Garces claims the Baby hitmaker snatched the data storage device from his camera during a bust-up on 5 June (13), and now the snapper's lawyer has written to Bieber's representative Scooter Braun to "respectfully demand (its) immediate return".
The letter, obtained by TMZ.com, goes on to detail Garces' plan to take legal action against the 19-year-old singer.
Attorney Lee P. Marks informs Braun, "Please be further advised that I intend to pursue a claim against your client, Justin Bieber, as a result of his wrongful conduct... Pursuant to Florida Statutes and case law, the memory card which Justin Bieber removed and kept from my client constitutes evidence as clearly defined and thus must be preserved... Please advise your client, Mr. Bieber, accordingly."
Bieber has endured a number of run-ins with the paparazzi in recent weeks - his security team was accused of assaulting another photographer on a separate occasion in Miami earlier this month (Jun13), and cops were called to a street in Los Angeles on Monday night (17Jun13) amid reports the singer accidentally struck a photographer with his car. He was reportedly cleared of any wrongdoing after an investigation.

LIBERACE's former lover SCOTT THORSON has revealed all about his fling with "best friend" MICHAEL JACKSON in a new TV interview.
Thorson, who was portrayed by Matt Damon in the recent TV movie adaptation of his memoirs Behind the Candelabra, claims Liberace isn't the only late showman he was intimate with - he also had a sexual relationship with the King of Pop.
He tells Access Hollywood, "It was a loving relationship. He was my best friend back then because I was going through a lot of trauma with Liberace. He also knew I was on drugs. He was very against drugs back then."
Thorson claims he was introduced to Jackson by Liberace in 1977 and he romanced the King of Pop for several years, but the truth never came out because the singer refused to take a lie detector test.
He explains, "I passed two lie detector tests, and they offered Michael a lie detector test, but Michael refused, and then of course the Jackson family denied it."
